Wind storm

Hi my internet has not been working properly since the wind storm. The problem persists across all tv and internet devices and I’ve tried multiple resets. When troubleshooting the TV, your took days it cannot see my tv box devices. TV imagery is often choppy and cuts out like the image is not making it across the cable properly. My internet is choppy, constantly cutting out and constantly tripping out my ASUS router. I’ve rebooted my router and my modem by unplugging each devices at least 20 times in the last two weeks. The problem is something else.
