My WiFi keeps crashing and going out randomly. I also can’t connect to it currently on my ps5

We recommend:
Checking the cables going to the modem to ensure they are finger tight and without damage.
Restarting the modem (and router if you use a separate router).
Forget the WiFi network on your device like the PS5, restart it, then connect to the network again.
Do you have any wired connections or are they all on WiFi?
Do you use your own modem or an Xfinity modem?
Do you use a separate router?
