WiFi

My WiFi is not working well it’s running super slow

Hi there @user_3ztxd1 Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forums about slow Wi-Fi.  I'll be happy to assist!  Can you confirm if you're using your in home Wi-Fi?  Also what type of device are you using while experiencing these issues?  Cellphone?  Laptop?  I've dropped a few steps below that may help clear up that issue for you.  You can also click the link below for more info.  Please let me know if this is helpful. 

To troubleshoot slow WiFi, first, turn off your WiFi, wait 30 seconds, and then turn it back on to connect to the strongest access point. Ensure you are within a good coverage area and not near devices that may interfere with the signal, like microwaves. If issues persist, check your device's connection settings and consider forgetting old networks. Additionally, confirm that your modem and cables are properly connected.
