Hello user_xm28gm! Thank you for creating the post and reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I'm sorry for the trouble you are having with connecting to your Wi-Fi network. I know how that can ruin someone's day. Are all of your devices unable to connect to the network? If you look at the modem are there any lights that are blinking? I would love to help out and make sure that we have you back online asap.
