Can other WiFi devices such as your phone get on WiFi? Do you have any wired ethernet devices and are they working? What modem/router or gateway are you using? If a gateway provided by Xfinity which one is it and what light color/activity do you see? If you are getting cable TV service from Xfinity, is it working?
