Can you tell me more about the issues? Are you seeing network drops, slow speeds, or both? When was the last time we have been out for a visit?
And a tech came out today 03/17/25 and looked at it and left and now another tech is supposed to come out on Thursday the 20th and looked at it. I do not know the number of techs that have come out to look at my system but after today it does not work at all
