WiFi

How come my WiFi has been horrible for over 2 years and Xfinity can not fix it?

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well. I appreciate you taking the time to create a new post. I see that your network has been having trouble for some time, which I'm sorry to hear about. I rely on my network daily, so I understand what a real headache this can be. Can you tell me more about the issues? Are you seeing network drops, slow speeds, or both? When was the last time we have been out for a visit?

@XfinityVianney​  my WiFi does not work at all

And a tech came out today 03/17/25 and looked at it and left and now another tech is supposed to come out on Thursday the 20th and looked at it. I do not know the number of techs that have come out to look at my system but after today it does not work at all
