Hi there @user_lagbum. I am sorry to hear your Internet is not working. Have you checked out our Forum's page https://forums.xfinity.com/conversations/your-home-network/internet-troubleshooting-tips/602dae4ac5375f08cde52ea0 and do some basic troubleshooting? Also have you checked to see if there is an issue with the service in the area?

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.
