Wifi

I am away from home (cleaning out my sisters home after she died). I thought I could connect to xfinity WiFi while here (Denver), but I’m having problems. Sometimes the xfinity WiFi is visible on my list of available networks, but sometimes it is not. When it is, I can often connect but get a message that says it is connected but there’s no internet. I was able to connect twice when it worked for a little while, then it dropped off.

Is there some kind of booster or antenna I can get? I’ll be here 2 weeks. I teach and summer school classes start on Monday. I’d rather not have to teach from my car in the McDonalds parking lot. Thank you in advance.

There are things like this but they are pricey;
