WiFi will not connect to the tv

I live in an apartment complex that provides Xfinity within the building Part of our rent. I have tried multiple times to input the password that my phone shows into our TV and other devices and it proves unsuccessful. After following the links to the Xfinity support automation, the link sent me to a page that told me The Wi-Fi password was not able to be found. “Wi-Fi credential settings are currently unavailable” . I can not get a hold of a real employee to help me with this issue. My apartment building directs me to try contacting Xfinity.

If your apartment includes Xfinity services as part of your rent, you still have the ability to customize and manage your home WiFi. Have you had a chance to open the Xfinity app and sign into your account to activate your services and personalize your WiFi settings?
