Wifi Signal Drops

I recently installed a new xfinity router and I’ve been having issues with the signal dropping. I thought it was dead zones inside my home, but even while working right next to the router, the wifi dropped. I also tried to turn on bridge mode in the admin page, but it says my information is incorrect. Any information would be appreciated.

Do you have any devices that are hardwired to the gateway with an ethernet cable ? If so, are they also dropping off ?
