WiFi settings not available
WiFi settings not available in the app or website. Tried logging out and in, de- and reinstalling the app, turning phone off and on again. Nothing worked. Same problem on all of my devices. Chat over 2 hours with [Edited: "Language"] customer service and they ended the chat abruptly without being able to solve the issue.

By any chance are you in bridge mode?
When Bridge Mode is enabled, you can access the Xfinity app to manage your account, but you won’t be able to manage and personalize your network or use Wi-Fi Extenders.
