Wifi saved but no connection

A lot of times (very often). I can't connect to the wi-fi/internet on several devices especially my android phone. Whenever I try to connect to the Wi-Fi/internet after it gets disconnected it keeps repeating the same phrase "Saved" underneath the Wi-Fi/internet name. We've even called Xfinity, but the dude had no clue what I was talking about. So how do I solve this problem? Oh, and some context if it helps, we had the same router, same place, but we moved places and we transferred the Wi-Fi to our new place and that's when the problems started before it was working fine with some minor problems time to time which was very rare and fixed within few hours or days on its own, works fine on my PC.

@X_2025 Hi there! I would love to help. Have you attempted  removing the network from your mobile device, powercycling it, then adding the network again?
