wifi resets several times a week in the middle of the night

My wifi goes out several times a week, but not regularly, usually around 3AM.  I stream a white noise app through my sonos speaker in my bedroom, so when the wifi goes out, the noise stops and the sudden silence wakes me up.  Signal is usually out for about 5 minutes.  I imagine this is a scheduled reset?  If so, is there anything I can do to change the timeframe?  It would be much better to have this occur in the middle of the day since I am usually at work or outside.
