Did you recently make any changes to your Wi-Fi password, or has it been the same for some time?
user_36kaoi, when you make plan changes, it wouldn't reset your Wi-Fi password. The password will be changed if you update the password yourself, start a new account, switch your modem, or do a factory reset of your modem. Is this issue occurring with all devices? Do you have any devices online which you can use to view you network details on the Xfinity App?
