Thank you for reaching out. I appreciate you coming to the Forums for help. I understand you are having some trouble with your Wi-Fi Password. I know this can be frustrating, but we'll do all we can to help. Do you use your own modem or use an Xfinity Gateway? Did you recently make any changes to your Wi-Fi password, or has it been the same for some time?

Hi, my own box. I restarted Wi-Fi plan and the password now doesn't work. It did before.

user_36kaoi, when you make plan changes, it wouldn't reset your Wi-Fi password. The password will be changed if you update the password yourself, start a new account, switch your modem, or do a factory reset of your modem. Is this issue occurring with all devices? Do you have any devices online which you can use to view you network details on the Xfinity App?
