Wifi password in app not updating in the xfi gateway

I just got signed up with a new internet account and wanted it to be the same network name and password as my old network so everything would reconnect.  Unfortunately, I set it up with the wrong password so none of my devices will auto-connect.  I have changed the password in the app but the devices will still not reconnect and when I log into the gateway itself, it is showing the original/wrong password.  How can I change the password?

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us @user_45d9fa. I am sorry to hear you ran into trouble setting up the gateway with the correct username and password. I truly think this could happen to any of us, You have reached the right team to help.

 

I understand the ease of having all your device's auto connect, however, because of the error, you will likely need to pick one device to use with the incorrect username and password (till it is changed back). Once you have one device connected (phone, laptop, desktop), log on to the app or web portal and change the username and password to the correct information.
