Unfortunately, we do not have full access to troubleshoot these types of concerns from here. My apologies. However, there is a dedicated customer service number you can call for further assistance. With your Wi-Fi Pass purchase, you should have received an email receipt that includes this number, so you can call for questions. Have you checked your email receipt already?
