Wi-Fi out since Tornado ( South Suburbs)

Tornado hit down on the 27th Wi-Fi and power goes out totally understandable but power was restored within 2-3 days still no Wi-Fi understandable a lot of damage was done but fast forward a week later  Wi-Fi is still out with no expected restoration date is not acceptable and not being able to get in contact with a representative because of said outage is very unacceptable then only wanting to offer $5 outage credits does not seem fair for the inconvenience is there a way I can get a expected date so I can get my moneys worth ?

user_kecpu3 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with this interruption in your area after a tornado. I am glad to hear you all are alright and are in need of your internet. We do know how important having internet after an event like this can be. With any event that can impact power for your area, your power company is always focused on restoring power to your homes and businesses first. Our equipment is not a priority, so keep that in mind. With that, after a storm, we do have to wait for the area to be declared safe for our teams to come in, and they can only begin work once power is restored to our equipment. Once power is restored, our field teams are able to get work done as soon as safely possible.

As for restoration times, those are provided by our teams in the field directly, and I would have the same information you see when you check your Xfinity app or the Xfinity status center. For adjustments, we would recommend waiting for services to be restored so a large adjustment can be made at one time. Most of the time, the interruptions are not registered until services are restored for the automated options to provide adjustments.

When you check the Xfinity status center, do you see an alert with anything related to power?
