Wi-Fi out since Tornado ( South Suburbs)

Tornado hit down on the 27th Wi-Fi and power goes out totally understandable but power was restored within 2-3 days still no Wi-Fi understandable a lot of damage was done but fast forward a week later  Wi-Fi is still out with no expected restoration date is not acceptable and not being able to get in contact with a representative because of said outage is very unacceptable then only wanting to offer $5 outage credits does not seem fair for the inconvenience is there a way I can get a expected date so I can get my moneys worth ?
