WiFi out for days…

Decent internet but has community-wide shortages very often that last hours up to days. My WiFi has currently been down two whole days now and all customer service seemed to do for me was schedule an appointment for a technician to come fix it, but that was days later. Not a very satisfying resolution when I have lots of work to do from my computer.

Steve-o77, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I completely understand your frustrations and yes, having down time is not enjoyable. I've been there myself and have experienced those types of situations. Scheduling an appointment for a technician is superb in my opinion as you'll get someone who comes out to your home and have the ability to ask questions while getting that hands-on troubleshooting done rather than being diagnosed over the phone. This step would greatly pave a way of resolution. Do you feel as if the technician wouldn't be any help?
