Wifi no longer exists at all

I used to be able to connect to wifi on my phone and tablet but now the name won't even show up at all. This started when my bill was increased to market rate. What is going on? I have no idea how to get in contact with xfinity other than going directly to the store.

I reset the modem and even unplugged it and plugged it back in but it still doesn't work.

First. Check their site for official info on any possible local outages here;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.


Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps 

Is / are the light / lights on the modem lit steadily or are they blinking ?

Hey there jax-lynx94, thank you for stopping by the community for help! Above all we never want you to be without your internet services for any amount of time, and there's no reason why you service would be shutoff in the event of a price increase or promotion expiring either, so I'm curious to know myself what could be going on. Has anything changed since creating your post? I want to ensure you're back online asap!

Were you able to find any outage info on that site or in the app ? And my question about the indicator light(s) ?
