The wifi network names on my Xfinity internet account have disappeared and I cannot connect to the internet. Any help is appreciated.

The first thing to try is to power-cycle your gateway router. Or if you have the xfinity account app on a cell phone with data service, hit 'internet' at the bottom, then select your gateway and 'troubleshoot'.
