Wifi network constantly disconnecting and not broadcasting network

I am a new customer and picked up my xfinity XB6 gateway yesterday. Since installation, I have had numerous issues with the wifi. The xfinity app tells me “your gateway is online” however I’m not even able to connect devices 9/10 times. The app has been pretty unhelpful with any sort of troubleshooting. The network does not broadcast to any devices. On the rare chance it DOES broadcast and I am able to connect to my wifi, it lasts 10-15 minutes tops before it disconnects automatically. I have restarted the gateway countless times. I have tried different power outlets. Even did a factory reset, checked the settings on the admin tool, spoke with a chat representative who said they will “send me signals” and stated I would never have this issue again. For context, the led light on the router has stayed solid white (aside from while restarting/resetting it). The xfinity app shows me that my devices are connected, but they’re not. 9/10 times I don’t even have to option to connect to my WiFi. Any assistance is really appreciated.
