Wifi Keeps Dropping

Our home internet wifi keeps dropping quite frequently across iPhone and laptop. Basic web pages having mostly text struggle to load, and short-form videos too, and it often takes several refreshes before it can work. Almost every video call is choppy, pixelated, and the other receiving end cannot piece together what I am saying or doing because of the poor connectivity quality. I have tried replugging in the modem, turning the wifi on and off, and reloading the page. Nothing fixes the issues. Please help, this is extremely disruptive to daily use.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related............ Topic moved here to the proper help section for assistance.

user_gybqig Thanks for reaching out about your connection concern. I would be frustrated too if the connection wasn't as stable as we expect it to be, and I'm happy to help get this resolved for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
