Wi-Fi Jamming

My neighbors have been jamming my network signal which is effecting my home security and obviously the network. What things can I do to prevent this? The admin portal doesn’t allow for controlling of radios or channels

As you have discovered, you have very little fine=grained control over your network with the hardware provided by xfinity.  It may well be that all the available channels are saturated in your area, which can happen when you have a lot of nearby signals.  If you want to be able to have control over your network, you will need to buy your own modem/router.  If you choose to do so, you will have to choose a modem that is on the approved list for your speed tier.  I would suggest getting separate modem and router.  Get a modem that is rated for speeds above your current tier, so you have room to grow.  A separate router will allow you to upgrade the router as new features become available (security, wi-fi protocols and bands, etc).  You will have to support and maintain your own network, but you will learn a lot by doing so. To be honest, the hardware you buy will be better than what is supplied by an ISP; the ISP buys hardware that costs the least while just meeting minimum standards.
