Wifi issues
I have been trying to reach someone from Comcast to talk to them about my wifi problems but Comcast makes that impossible. I have been without internet for about 3 days now and I’m extremely upset with how Comcast goes about resolving these issues. Everytime I tried to talk to a representative from Comcast it would not put me through I just talked to a automated system. I am paying an outrageous price for the customer service to be this bad....

For a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this from being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step of troubleshooting before we proceed any further.
