Wifi issues everyday at the same time
Every single day around 11am to 12pm the internet starts having trouble. This can last for an hour or two and then usually gets better until sometime in the evening maybe 830pm for another hour or so. Multiple phone calls to Comcast over the past year or so and I get numerous different responses. Sometimes it's my modem. Change it out, nothing improves. Or its the wiring in my house that miraculously works fine the rest of the day. Or we'll send a tech and he says everything is fine. I pay a lot of money for internet service with Comcast and it used to be the best available but if they can't get it resolved or figure out why this keeps happening then it may be time to try CenturyLink again. Has anyone else experienced something like this where it's consistent times that you have internet issues?

With this test, we are trying to isolate this from being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step of troubleshooting before we proceed any further.

O/k so what do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

Some of the downstream channels are on the high side / out of spec, and the modem is only locking in one single upstream channel (should be 3 to 5 channels). It may be best to get a tech out to investigate / correct this one. Good luck !
