Can you please tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you able to see your wireless network SSID being broadcast, or is it no longer listed? What happens when you try to connect? Are you getting an error message, or does it just fail to connect?
Are you saying that you hard reset it to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear (or using the WPS button if it doesn't have a reset button hole) for 25-30 seconds ?
