WiFi goes out every day.

Hi, my WiFi goes out every single day. This has been happening for the last 3 weeks. I’ve restarted my modem many times, moved my WiFi-extender around, disconnected devices so my modem isn’t being overloaded. I can’t even reconnect my WiFi extender now. There has been a few outages in the neighborhood in the few weeks but I can’t keep having my WiFi go out every day as I work from home.

I understand your concerns @Naguero3 , and as someone who also works from home, I know how disruptive recurring connectivity issues can be. Since it's been a few days since your original post, I wanted to check in and see if you're still experiencing problems with your service. Are you continuing to lose your WiFi connection daily, or has there been any improvement? If the issue is still occurring, please let us know whether all of your devices lose connection at the same time and if you've noticed any pattern to when the disruptions happen. We'll be happy to take a closer look and help get to the bottom of it. 💙

Hi there, actually yes. It happened again today around noon. Not all of my devices lose connection, maybe 6-7, but included in them every time is my laptop and phones
