Wifi Gateway Dropping Connections to Devices 2-3 times a day

Hello - I have to report issues with the Xfinity connection. The internet speeds are fine and the wifi signals are strong throughout the house. I did troubleshooting with the app and everything is fine. However, multiple times in the day the wifi connection drops randomly. Like it happened during a meeting today as well. When this happens the laptops and devices diconnect from the Xfinity gateway router we have. I did notice there is a solid white light on the router during this time. The devices then connect again within a minute or two. I have already tried restarting the gateway from the app and also disconnected the power for a few minutes and restarted it again as well but the issue of devices disconnecting from the gateway still persists.
