Good morning @user_scml1w. Is your Wi-Fi Extender offline or is it still working without the LED?

I veiwed the status of the extender in the xfinity app and it does show its online, ran connectivity test and reports back as strong. When I called X, they mentioned something was not correct (red) --> not sure what the rep meant by that. It appears to be working so Im guessing its ok- any info would be great

user_scml1w If the connection to the extender lost signal momentarily and reconnected, it's possible that it caused it to go out of sync for that short time. As long as it recovered and is working, that is definitely great news. If you have any other issues, please don't hesitate to let us know.

When in the process of connecting, the LED pulses white.  When fully connected the LED is off - no light.

@Ge57u Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge. I was able to find a break-down for the device status and lights here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/storm-ready-lights You are absolutely correct, once activated the light is off. You are one of the reasons I love our community. Thank you!

user_scml1w Thank you for reaching out with your inquiry on the extenders. Our community helped out and shared the best information. There's a link above if you are curious about what to expect from the extenders lights and their meanings as well.

I hope you both have a great weekend, and thank you again for sharing with us on our Xfinity Forums.
