Just set up my wifi and it works well on 1st and 2nd floors, but 3rd floor service is spotty. How do I request a wifi booster/enhancer?

Good afternoon @user_7io0ns. We have two options that might work for your Wi-Fi coverage issue. Our first one is a WiFi Boost Pod which can be found here https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/wifi/xfi-pod. Our second option would be our Storm Ready Wi-Fi which can be found here https://www.xfinity.com/learn/internet-service/stormready. The Storm Ready option not only will keep you connected during power issues, it extends your Wi-Fi as well. Let us know if either of those options sound good to you.
