WiFi disrupted

Is it just me in Santa Clara, Ca or are other people also experiencing frequent outages with internet gone for hours for multiple days! It is ridiculous!

And who’s bright idea was it to get rid of live agents when we call customer service agents.

First. When these outages occur, are they being officially indicated with any info about them here ?;

Use a cell phone internet service, a public WiFi hotspot, or a neighbor's internet if you need to in order to check it.

Or you can use their Xfinity App: https://www.xfinity.com/apps

Thanks for taking time to post on our Xfinity Community Forums page, @user_q85hli. I always recommend using our Xfinity Response Center using a cellular data connection, to see if there is an area service interruption. If you are experiencing service related problems, and it is not showing as an area service interruption, let us know.

Were you able to find any outage info on that site or in the app ?

Yes, I did see outage details both times. On Friday, the outage happened multiple times until 6/7pm.

Thanks for confirming, the Xfinity app and the Xfinity Status Center, as shared by @EG, will be the best ways to track service interruptions. If you are experiencing issues with the service outside these times, we can help.
