I get things like this connected to my gateway “pic attached” how can I get it to display what the device actually is??

@James_R810 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forums. We would recommend following these steps to rename the devices so that you don't just see their MAC addresses and will be much easier to identify.
1. Select a device from the Connect > Devices section or from the Devices Not Connected section.
2. Tap the pencil icon in the top right corner of the screen to rename the device.
3. We do our best to identify devices as they connect to your home network, but if the device type and icon is not correct, select “Not Right? See all device types” to reassign it.
4. Once you’re done making changes, tap Apply.
