Wi-fi crashing / Going offline receptively
Everyday without fail, my wi-fi goes out at minimal 6 times a day and it repeats the same cycle every time shutdown or crashes reboots for 5 minutes, goes online for 3 minutes then repeats this 3 or 4 times , until it goes back to normal for an hour maybe and hour and a half, I've replaced the coax cable and went under the house 4 times while replacing said cable.

With the app you'll work with our chat assistant to run some remote troubleshooting steps to see if the issue can be fixed remotely and if the issue cannot be fixed remotely the app will connect you to a chat agent which would then schedule for a technician to come out.
