WiFi constantly dropping but app says performance is good

I work from home and live alone but still decided to pay for higher speed WiFi so I wouldn’t run into issues with connectivity. Still, I frequently get dropped from calls or get errors that my WiFi signal is weak or not connected (happens on multiple devices, laptop, phone, tv). My WiFi equipment is 10 ft from my desk with nk obstructions. When it fails I go to the app to preform network tears and it tells me my strength is great which cannot be true. I’ve stopped using those and just restart the equipment but I shouldn’t have to do that monthly. I’m getting frustrated as my job depends on me to have reliability in my connection which I do not have. How can I resolve this? How can I trust the reliability of the network tests?

Hello @user_mpvejb, and thanks for reaching out with your connectivity concern. I would be happy to troubleshoot the issue with you to see if I can find the issue. Are you using your own equipment or ours, and is it a combo modem/router or do you use 2 separate devices?
