Wifi constantly dropping, all day every day.

So, I've now had 3 technicians come out to my residence including one "senior" technician. Each time they will come out and add a splitter or replace an old one and the wifi will work over night and then drop again the next day. It is now to the point where it will maybe connect for an hour each day and then the modem cant find a connection for the rest of the duration of the day. I'm wondering if I could post my upstream/downstream numbers and somebody could help me troubleshoot if it's a hardware issue or something on Xfinitys end?

Yes. What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Perhaps they already are, or they are close to being out of spec and intermittently they go completely of spec. Try getting them here or here

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
