Wifi constantly cutting out

Today we've had our wifi crash now 3 times around 15-20 minutes apart. We've restarted it through the app and manually. We will on a semi-often basis have it crash sometime between 2-4 am cst but it's only temporary and usually comes back up on it's own with no restart needed which has happened since we started our service. But having it crash 3 times in one night is very annoying and unacceptable. I've checked multiple times but there are no outages listed near us so I don't know what could possibly be the problem. I don't know if the router is the problem or if it's the service itself.

As a test, does a computer / device that is hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an Ethernet cable have the same problem ?

Yes, my computer has ethernet in it and it's the wifi as a whole that cuts out.

@XfinityBenjaminM

Why does this have to go private at this point ?

@user_rv4tjn

Ok, what do the modem's signal status values look like ? Try getting them here; http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please copy all of the text in its entirety of the *Downstream Power Levels*, the *SNR's* (Signal to Noise Ratios), and the *Upstream Power Level* numbers and paste them into your next post.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem / gateway device ?

Please respond right here in your topic on these public help forums. Thank you.
