Wifi connects on laptop, but won't connect on phones and tvs. All worked fine as of last night.

Wifi connects on laptop, but won't connect on phones and tvs. All worked fine as of last night. I have restarted all (modem/router, tvs and phones). "Xfinity Assistant" isn't helping and I can't ask  any questions or request a live agent. Please help. Thank you!

*Xfinity did send a text regarding maintenance and that they didn't finish and it will start again tonight. Did they cause this problem?
