wifi connection

modem is online, Roku connected to modem and tv, tv connected to wall. Says modem online but my mobile phone won't connect to wifi either, saying Roku not connected to internet. Modem has been checked by Xfinity assistant no problems, what do I do?

user_nsm2wq, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support! You may want to run through some troubleshooting on your Roku. I have had this happen before with my own Roku TV and it was a matter of unplugging the TV and letting it reset. Let us know if you continue to have issues.
