Wifi Connection Timestamp

I need to know when a device was connected to my WIFI. I have called and spent hours on the phone with support only to be pushed around to other people every 5 minutes.  Can the brick and mortar store tell me this info? can someone help me?

user_wjl5ly, We are able to see what devices are connected to your network. We can try to narrow it down, and most devices gives us a date they were initially added.

user_wjl5ly Our team can see if we are able to find when a specific device was connected to your internet. However, if the device is no longer connected we may not be able to see that information and may have to refer you to our Customer Security Assurance team. The only way for us to help and provide any information regarding your account though would be to have you send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.

I do not think there is a way to track that.  If you view connected devices in the admin portal, it will show all devices connected since the last release/renew cycle, but the times that individual devices connect and disconnect are not shown.  Devices will show there even when they are not connected...as an example, my grand daughters Samsung tablet apears in the list of connected devices, although her last visit was 4 days ago.  You can block individual devices if you believe that a device is connecting that should not be, but unless you are absolutely sure that the device is not supposed to be there, I would not mess around with it.  If you can see the device in question, you can copy the MAC address, then go to a MAC Vendor lookup page and see who makes that device.  Once you know that, you will have a better idea of what the device is.
