WIFI connection issues, no help from Comcast, HELP

I am having same issues for last 10 days, wifi in and out, reset 5-6 times a day, call comcast line, puts me in circles resetting box, then asks me if i want to talk to agent by text, then says there is no agent available, I use my wifi for working at home, not reliable, my local comcast stoe is closed cause of coved, the chat online assistant has no response, how do we get hold of a human??? Please anyone help!! I am in the middle TN area (Nashville)
