WiFi connected, strong signal, yet devices give error messages
I’m really frustrated. When I open the app and run my speed test, the answer is that I’m getting 118% of my plan, then while obviously connected to WiFi, I get a ypu have no WiFi. 2 of my devices (photo frames) show I’m connected at the top, but when I go to the WiFi page it tells me ‘connection available, saved and secured with WPA2. I’m trying to chat with an agent to check settings further, but despite chat saying I have an agent, no conversation occurs. . Then a random box pops with a ‘you need to schedule a technician’. And that there are possible fees, I won’t schedule without knowing the fees.
I’ve attached several pictures of the error messages

Hello painterfam! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our Xfinity Forum. We value you being a customer with us, and my team is here to support you. We certainly want to assist you with getting your devices successfully connected and ensuring all settings are correct.
Just for troubleshooting purposes, did you try manually rebooting the modem to see if that helps correct this on your end? Unplug the power cable from the back of the modem, wait 10-15 secs, plug the power cable back in, and allow 10 mins or less for the modem to reboot.
