Wifi connected no internet

Hi,  I been having connectivity issues with my wifi .  I am able to connect but it says no internet .  The connection with my TV is very slow to the point where the picture is pixelated.   I cannot cannot wifi with my mobile phone, laptop and iPad. If it does,  the connection gets lost . I have hard reset my modem several times but issue still exists.

Hey @user_24b15a, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity Community Forum to bring this to our attention. As someone who relies on internet for work and streaming purposes, I understand how frustrating this must be for you. I wanted to check in to see if you're still having problems connecting your devices to WiFi? Does the same thing happen when trying to connect to a hotspot

@XfinityChe yes. I still lose connection .   Connection is intermittent.  I lose connection more often than staying connected .  My router is directly below  my smart tv . Iv been with Comcast for over a year with the same data service and router ,  just a week or so ago I have been experiencing this .

@XfinityMichaelC Wife and I have iPhones (12 & 13).  Both have full strength connections to our Xfinity home wifi, but have no connection to the internet.  Tried several hard resets of the modem, but problem still remains.  All internet connections using the ethernet  work fine. Only our iPhones using home wifi have no internet connection.

I am not sure what the cause is or if there is a better solution. I have had the same issue since upgrading to the gigabyte plan with Comcast. I had to manually assign static IPs for the devices. then when connecting to the wifi i had to manually enter gateway, ip and dns. Then i was able to get an Internet connection on said devices. that has been my go-to for the past year and has worked

I work from home and have teenagers that are avid online gamers so having a stable & reliable connection is a must. This link https://comca.st/3PYoPdC has great tools on how to trouble shoo, try the steps listed, if un resolved it will help schedule a tech to come fix the issues
