wifi cannot be found by any of my devices

Today, I set up the gateway. I cannot find my wifi on any of my devices. Only "xfinity" shows up, which is not secured. My personal wifi is no where to be found. I spent hours with the chatbox, read articles. I know how to set up my wifi on devices, but not if they cannot be found.

Cannot find a live person to help me. Am at my wit's end.
