WiFi Calling

I am a new customer with a "xFi Gateway (modem + router)" at my home

We live in the country and need wifi calling to be able to sent and receive phone calls

(Cell service is very bad in this neighborhood)

The wifi calling does not work all the time - the calls go straight to voicemail

Like I said it is an intermittent issue
