WiFi Calling and TEXT Messaging ISSUES.

I have been having regular issues with WiFi calling and receiving TEXT Messages on my network.  Many times calls are not received when on WiFi calling and inbound TEXT messages do not get through to my phone or my wife's phone.  When expecting a text message I can wait and wait but as soon as I turn off WiFI, the text message comes through.  In addition, When trying to make a call on WiFi, I get a connection error and then the phone won't make a call.  I need to shut off WiFi and then turn it back on again and then the call will go through.  Sees support for WiFi calling provided by Xfinity is limited and there is not always a channel available to make the call.  I live in an area were cell coverage is very week and we depend on WiFI Calling to receive Calls and Texts.  When haaving calling issues, I have perfect access to websites and can make a call with What's App of send e-mail messages...  No other issues... Just the WiFi calling and Texting channels appear to be having issues.

How can this be resolved to this is completely reliable?
