WiFi breaks every few days

I’m having an issue with my Xfinity Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi keeps dropping routinely every few days , and I’m able to troubleshoot with the AI assistant - it always tells me that I have a problem with my network and device settings and then updates the settings + restarts the modem which fixes the issue short term, but never tells me what the problem is. The same thing happens a few days later and the cycle repeats. Does anyone have insight or has experienced this problem as well?

Hello Jordanm2! Thanks for visiting our Xfinity Forum. We appreciate you being a customer with us, and my team is here to support you. Thanks for everything you've done on your end trying to rectify this. For troubleshooting purposes, have you tried manually rebooting the modem to see if that helps correct the connection drops you've been experiencing? To manually reboot, please unplug the power cable from the back of the modem, wait 10-15 seconds, plug the power cable back in, and allow 10 minutes or less for the modem to reboot.
