WiFi and pod keep disconnecting

I constantly have to troubleshoot and restart my gateway modem and pods because the signal is so poor. My wife constantly gets dropped from her conference calls, even if all other devices disable their WiFi connection to help bolster hers. And when we are both working from home, I can’t even be on my computer while she’s on a call because it may drop her.
