Wifi and Ethernet drop every 10-15 minutes for 30 seconds to 1 min

Pretty much what the subject says. For the last 3 weeks I have been experiencing extremely intermittent wifi/ethernet with it dropping every 10-15 minutes. This is extremely frustrating and I haven't found any way to resolve the issue. Last week I had an Xfinity tech come out to try and work on our system. They replaced our router and did some work on the main line coming into my complex but the issue is not resolved and has even gotten a bit worse. Any ideas on what I can do?

Thanks for taking the time to let us know about the trouble you're having with your internet, @user_c84699. This isn't the experience we want you to have. We know how upsetting it is to have an unstable internet connection, but rest assured we're here to help. After the technician, have you attempted any troubleshooting? If so, may I ask what you tried?

@XfinityJoshuaE​ The issue appears to be resolved now. We had another technician come out and they replaced the modem for a second time. Turns out we were extremely unlucky and had two faulty modems in a row and that was causing our issue. Hopefully it remains resolved and we don't start having problems again.
