WHYYY?????? XB8


Tv has not stopped going in between buffering and playing since the xb8 install yesterday. My xb7 got replaced due to it acting up. My computer was pulling a average 500-650 mbps on the xb7 and now, after adjustments i have managed to get it to 68mbps.

@user_a96095 Is your laptop connected by ethernet connection or WiFi? Have you tried to send those signals through the Xfinity My Account app as previously advised through the comment on the other thread or a hard reboot to get that TV connected?

You might want to contact xfinity and have them re-provision the new modem.
